We handle everything after you ship it back. No editing, no sorting through hours of footage, no decisions. Within two weeks you receive an email with a link to your private PicTime gallery. Inside you will find two folders — your raw footage organized and cleaned by event, and your professionally edited 3 to 5 minute recap set to your chosen song. Download everything, make popcorn, and press play.

Each battery gives you about two hours of continuous recording. The camcorder charges via USB so you can top it up overnight. The 64GB card holds up to ten hours of footage total.

Absolutely. The camcorder is great for elopements, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, bachelorette weekends, family reunions, and any gathering where you want real unscripted footage. If your people show up, this camera belongs there.

A replacement fee of $400 per camera applies for damage beyond normal wear or for lost units. This is outlined in your rental agreement. We strongly recommend keeping the camcorder in the provided case when not in use.

A videographer captures the polished version of your day. This captures the version your guests actually lived. The golf game, the midnight dance floor, the getting-ready chaos nobody planned. The two work beautifully together and plenty of our couples use both.

Yes. The built-in microphone picks up ambient sound, voices, music, and laughter. It performs best outdoors and in open spaces. In louder venues the audio reflects the environment — which usually makes for the most honest footage anyway.

We ship 3 days before your event so the kit arrives at least one day prior. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. For North Lake Tahoe and Truckee events, hand delivery is available — we will coordinate timing directly.

At least 4 to 6 weeks before your event. Peak Tahoe wedding season — June through October — books up fast. The sooner you lock in your date, the better.

Yes. Contact us before your return ship date. Extra days are $25 per day.

You definitely can! But then you have to source working vintage batteries, buy the right cards, find the right cables, and figure out how to convert old formats onto a modern laptop. We handle all the technical headaches, organize the files, and edit the best clips so you just get the magic.

Yes. We ship our custom kits nationwide, fully charged and ready to go. If you are local to North Lake Tahoe or Truckee, we can hand-deliver them right to you.

You get the kit for your entire weekend. We make sure it arrives before the weekend kicks off and you just drop it back in the mail on Monday morning using our pre-paid shipping box.
