When you book a rental or contact us, we collect: Booking and account information — your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, event date, and event location. Payment information — we collect payment through our booking platform. We do not store your full credit card number. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (see below). Communications — any messages you send us through email, our contact form, or our booking system. Footage and video content — when you return your rental camcorder, we receive the footage recorded during your event for the purpose of editing your highlight recap.

Footage and Promotional Use

All footage recorded on your rented camcorder is used to edit your personalized highlight recap. Unless you request otherwise in writing prior to delivery, we may also use excerpts of footage and final edits for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. Your full name will not be used without separate written consent. If you prefer that your footage remain private, please notify us in writing before your recap is delivered.

Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third parties to operate our business: Studio Ninja — our booking and contract management platform. Your booking details are stored within Studio Ninja's system. You can review their privacy policy at studioninja.com. Payment processors — we use third-party payment services to process transactions securely. We do not have access to your full payment card details. Shipping carriers — we share your mailing address with USPS or UPS to ship your rental kit. Their tracking systems may also process your delivery information. Email marketing — if you subscribe to our email list, your email address is managed through our email platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

Data Retention

We retain your booking information and correspondence for a period of up to 3 years for our records. Footage and edited videos are retained at our discretion and are not permanently archived on your behalf. If you would like us to delete your data, please contact us (see below).
